Greater Langley Chamber of Commerce

A chamber of commerce is a local business association. Businesses join, meet each other, and speak up together on matters that affect them. The Greater Langley Chamber of Commerce calls itself “The Voice of Langley Business”, and its website says it represents more than 1,200 member businesses.

What’s on the site

The chamber’s website covers the kinds of things you’d expect from a business group:

• Membership. Pages on why to join and how to become a member, a member referral option and a member login.
• A member directory. If you’re looking for a local business that belongs to the chamber, this is the place to start.
• A member savings program.
• A health and dental plan for members, through chamberplan.ca.
• Events. A calendar of upcoming chamber events at business.langleychamber.com/events.
• Promotional opportunities and sponsorship. Paid options for members who want more visibility. (We mention it because it’s on their site. Hey Langley doesn’t take sponsors or run ads. See our pledge.)

Who it’s for

If you run a business in Langley, the chamber is a place to meet other business owners and find out what’s happening locally. If you’re a resident, the member directory and events calendar are useful for spotting local businesses and public-facing events.
