Bar Down Bakery is the first bakery and café from Bar Down Cookies, the brookie maker also found at Willowbrook. When it was announced, Daily Hive said it would be an express spot with limited outdoor seating, selling the brookies plus croissants, muffins and coffee drinks. Hours and the current menu are on the Instagram page above.
