Who’s taking new patients changes week to week, so we don’t list names here. What we can do is point you to the places that keep the current answer.
Step one: the Health Connect Registry
The Langley Division of Family Practice says to join the wait list through the province’s online Health Connect Registry. HealthLink BC’s page for the Langley Primary Care Network says the same: register yourself and any family members who need a doctor or nurse practitioner, and you’ll be contacted when a spot opens. Wait times vary by provider.
Help close to home
The Division of Family Practice says it connects people with family doctors and nurse practitioners in Langley. Its office is at #209 - 20353 64 Avenue (phone 604 510-5081), and its page links to the Langley Primary Care Network (langleypcn.ca). The Network serves the City and the Township, including Aldergrove, Brookswood, Fort Langley, Murrayville, Walnut Grove, Willoughby and Willowbrook.
Urgent and primary care centre
Fraser Health opened the Langley Urgent and Primary Care Centre at its permanent location on May 13, 2025: Suite 202, 20434 64 Avenue. Fraser Health says it is open 9 am to 8 pm every day, and it offers same-day care within 12 to 24 hours for things like sprains, cuts, high fevers and minor infections. Free parking is available. X-rays are walk-in with a referral, and CT scans need a referral and an appointment. If you come across an older address in another listing, trust the Fraser Health page and call ahead.
Walk-in clinics
Medimap lists these Langley walk-in clinics, and its page shows live wait times and whether a clinic is seeing patients in person, by phone or virtually:
- Pure Care Clinic - Langley, D9-D12-20644 Fraser Highway
- Reliance Medical Clinic Langley, 19851 Willowbrook Drive
- Pharmacy Care Clinic, Shoppers Drug Mart, Brookswood Mall, Suite 2-4030 200th Street
- Pharmacy Care Clinic, Shoppers Drug Mart, Thunderbird Village, Unit 150-20159 88 Avenue
HealthLink BC also lists 272 Medical, a walk-in clinic at 2941 272nd Street in Aldergrove. Hours change, so check each clinic or Medimap before you go. For anything life-threatening, call 9-1-1.
Ask a pharmacist
HealthLink BC says pharmacists can assess and treat 21 minor ailments, such as pink eye, allergies and uncomplicated urinary tract infections, and the service is free for BC residents in person at a pharmacy. Pharmacists can also prescribe many kinds of contraception, free for BC residents, and may renew some stable prescriptions. See the page for the details and limits.
Spotted something out of date?
This page is only as good as the reports we get. Clinics open, move and change who they’re seeing, and the people who notice first are the ones walking through the door. If a clinic’s status, address or hours have changed, tell us at the submit page and we’ll update it.
