Aldergrove Youth Soccer Club, usually shortened to AYSC, is the community club for young players in and around Aldergrove. It is run by the Aldergrove Youth Soccer Society, and its home is Aldergrove Athletic Park, behind Betty Gilbert Middle School. If your child is just starting out or wants to play at a higher level, the club’s site lists a path for both.
Programs and age groups
According to the club’s site:
- In-house development (U5 to U10): a fall program with skills-and-drills sessions at the start of the season before teams are set. The club also mentions larger-field games for U7/U8 and U9/U10.
- Recreational (U11 to U16): a community-level program.
- Competitive (U11 to U18): divisions 1, 2 and 3.
- Spring soccer (U5 to U16), summer clinics and optional programs are also listed on the site menu.
Fall 2026/27 fees and dates
The fall registration page lists these fees:
- U5 and U6: $195
- U7 and U8: $360
- U9 and U10: $400
- U11 to U16 recreational: $430
- U11 and U12 competitive: $495
- U13 to U18 competitive: $550
The in-house and recreational season runs from the week of September 14, 2026 to Saturday, February 27, 2027, with the last session before Christmas on Saturday, December 19. Competitive training starts in mid-August and runs to the end of March. Deadlines were June 19 and July 24, 2026 for competitive divisions and September 4, 2026 for in-house and recreational; the page says late registrations carry a $75 late fee and may be waitlisted. When we checked, the page said registration was fully closed for all AYSC programs. Check the page again for spring.
The club lists a $50 registration rebate for volunteer coaches or assistants, and it links a financial assistance page. It says it no longer issues tax receipts.
