Of the two markets we could check against their own websites, only one is open this weekend, and it is on Saturday in Fort Langley. The other finished for the year at the end of August. There may be others; if you know of one that runs a regular schedule and has an official page, tell us.

Fort Langley Village Farmers’ Market

A Saturday market in the village, April 18 to December 5 in 2026, with a winter bonus, “Christmas in the Village”, on December 18, 19 and 20. The market’s address is 9025 Glover Road, at the south end of the village.

The hours are worth a double-check. The market’s headline on its site says 9 am to 3 pm, and so does the season line, but one paragraph on the same site still says 10 am, so look at its page before you set out for the earliest stalls.

What it says it carries: local farm vegetables and fruit, flowers, jams and preserves, baked goods, and BC artisans with soaps, creams, paintings, jewellery and wood work, plus fruit wines, spirits and craft beer. The site, which says it is still under construction, also lists a vendor registration form. It gives phone 604-728-2080 and [email protected], and says the market is a member of the BC Association of Farmers Markets, the Fort Langley Community Association, the BC Farm Machinery & Agriculture Museum and Heritage Fort Langley.

While you are in the village, our Fort Langley village guide has the walk, and the BC Farm Museum is in the village too.

Langley Community Farmers Market

This one is a summer-evening market, 5:30 to 8:30 pm, on two nights a week, and it is built around the free concert series each municipality runs.

  • Wednesdays at Douglas Park in Langley City, alongside the City’s Sounds of Summer concerts. This was the market’s first year there. The park has public washrooms and a water filling station, is on transit, and has parking near the park, per the market’s directions page.
  • Thursdays at the Langley Events Centre, beside the Township’s Summer Nights series. 2026 was the second year back at the Events Centre. Public washrooms are at Gate 5, parking is free, and it is on transit.

The market says it began in 2009 and that it wants growers, bakers and makers selling their own products. The 2026 season ran from June 4 to August 27. The 2027 dates are not out, so watch lcfm.ca.

Joining and selling. Membership is $10 for the year according to the market’s membership page; you pay by e-transfer or cash at the market. Vendors apply on the vendor page. The site also has pages for volunteering and for joining the board.
