The Vancouver Bandits are Langley’s pro basketball team. They play in the Canadian Elite Basketball League, which is a national league with teams from coast to coast. Home games are at the Langley Events Centre, so you can see professional basketball a short drive from most of Langley.
Where they play
The team’s schedule page lists one home court: Envision Financial Court at the Langley Events Centre, 7888 200 Street. The LEC’s Teams page lists the Bandits in the Canadian Elite Basketball League as well. Our Events Centre page has directions, and the teams page shows who else shares the building.
The team’s site mentions the Abbotsford Centre in its page keywords, but the schedule page names only the LEC. Check the schedule before you go, in case a game is somewhere else.
Tickets
The team’s ticket page lists:
- 2027 season tickets, sold through Showpass
- the Courtside Club
- executive seating and suites
- group outings
- birthday packages
Single-game ticket details are not spelled out on the ticket page, so start from the schedule, or call or email the ticket office. We have not listed prices, because the team’s pages did not show any.
How to follow
The team’s site links to its social accounts on Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube, and offers an email sign-up called Bandits Insider. For the league itself, including standings, go to the CEBL’s own site.
A short history
The CEBL announced the Fraser Valley Bandits on July 16, 2018, as the league’s sixth franchise. According to the CEBL, the team played three seasons in Abbotsford and then moved to the Langley Events Centre for the 2022 season. On September 13, 2022, the league announced that local business owners had bought the team, and renamed it the Vancouver Bandits to reflect a wider fan base across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley.
