You can book a physiotherapist at Willow Wellness without a doctor’s referral, and you can do it on a Sunday. That’s the practical appeal of this clinic: several kinds of treatment behind one front desk, with weekend and evening hours.

Who you’d see

The clinic lists these services, and its team page shows who offers what:

• Physiotherapy: a registered physiotherapist, Meenie Hundal, with concussion and vestibular therapy among the listed areas
• Massage therapy: registered massage therapists offering deep tissue, relaxation, hot stone, cupping, pre and post natal, TMJ and lymphatic massage
• Acupuncture and dry needling: with acupuncturist Andrew Chung
• Kinesiology and active rehabilitation: with registered kinesiologist Jas Virdee, including mobile visits
• Shockwave therapy and personal training: also on the menu

ICBC (motor vehicle accident) and WorkSafeBC treatment have their own pages on the site.

Paying for it

The clinic says it offers direct billing with most insurers, so you pay only the balance your plan doesn’t cover. Its FAQ also points out that some extended health plans want a doctor’s note before they’ll reimburse, so it’s worth checking your policy first.

The place itself

The rooms share one palette: deep green walls, timber slats and a plant wall at reception, carried through the treatment and massage rooms. The company was registered in 2024, and the clinic’s own site calls the space “brand new”. No owner’s name is published, so we haven’t named one.
