Forever Yours Lingerie

Forever Yours started with a wedding. In 1995, Sonya Perkins couldn’t find supportive plus-size undergarments for her own wedding, so the next year she opened a shop that would carry them. It began at about 600 square feet. Thirty years later, it’s a 4,000-square-foot flagship on Fraser Highway in downtown Langley, plus a second shop in Burnaby Heights. Her husband Brian, who helped keep things going through his other work in the early years, joined full-time in 2011 and co-owns it.

What it’s known for

Fittings. They’re free, and you don’t need an appointment. Most of the stock is in the back room, so what’s on display is only part of what they carry. The fitter brings out options in your size. Across more than 900 Google reviews (4.8 average), the theme is patience: people who’d given up finding their size elsewhere describe trying on several styles without being rushed, and having sizing explained properly.

Range. Extended band and cup sizes, including fuller-bust styles. A popular plunge bra runs about $100. They also carry swimwear, including underwired swimsuits, plus sleepwear, robes and shapewear.

Recognition. The Best of Intima Awards named it Best Lingerie Store in Canada in 2019 and 2021, and the industry magazine profiled the shop for its 30th anniversary this October.

Giving back

For its 30th-anniversary event in April 2026, the shop pledged the ticket, raffle and bar proceeds to Raphael House. In 2021 the shop pledged 2% of September’s sales to Ovarian Cancer Canada.
