Greater Vancouver Powersports is the place on 200 Street with snowmobiles, Sea-Doos and side-by-sides lined up out front. Mike Skiba started it in Langley in 2004. It’s still independently owned, with Andrew MacGillivray as a partner since 2021 and a second store in Chilliwack since 2010.

What’s in the showroom

  • Snow: Ski-Doo and Lynx snowmobiles
  • Water: Sea-Doo personal watercraft and Switch pontoons
  • Off-road: Can-Am ATVs and side-by-sides
  • Road: Can-Am motorcycles and three-wheelers
  • Parts, riding gear and service for what they sell, new and used

To give a sense of the range, a 2025 Sea-Doo Switch Cruise pontoon was listed at $39,999 when we looked, including freight and setup but not the trailer. Inventory changes all the time, and the website splits Langley and Chilliwack stock, so set the location to Langley before you fall for something online.

Around town

GVP has helped out locally, including through the Langley Rivermen’s Adopt-a-School program, where it supplied game tickets to West Langley Elementary families last fall. It also turns up at hockey nights around the Fraser Valley.

Hours

The store is open Tuesday to Friday 9 to 5:30 and Saturday 9 to 5. It’s closed Sunday and Monday. Call 604-888-8700. Reviewers mention getting straight answers about machines and help tracking down parts, which matters when you’re spending this kind of money.
