The Township of Langley’s page for this building is titled “Aldergrove Community Centre”. It is the main recreation stop in the east end of the Township, on Fraser Highway, and its best-known feature is the outdoor waterpark that opens each summer.
What’s inside
From the Township’s page, the centre has:
- An indoor pool, with a schedule posted online.
- An ice arena. Skating and arena schedules are on the Township’s drop-in pages.
- A fitness centre and an indoor walking track with its own schedule.
- A room to rent (capacity 60), and a leased food tenant on site, Triple O’s.
- Overflow parking. The Township links a parking map for busy days.
The Outdoor Experience
This is the waterpark side of the centre. The Township lists a 25 metre pool with 1 and 3 metre diving boards, a hot tub, a leisure pool, a wave pool, three waterslides, a river channel, a spray park, a sauna and a steam room, plus a food truck. There are also group areas you can reserve, a table and tent area and the Lighthouse Lookout.
It is seasonal. When we checked, the Township said it was closed for the 2026 season and would reopen in 2027. The most recent hours page described the 2026 season as running from mid-May into mid-September, with the longest days from late June to early September. Dates and times change, so check the hours page or call before you go.
The 2026 waterpark fees (taxes included) were $5.30 for children 4 to 12, $6.80 for youth 13 to 18, and $10.75 for adults 19 to 59, with seniors and a free tier for little ones. Next year’s prices may differ, so use the waterpark fee page.
Accessibility
The Township lists a portable aquatic lift for the main pool and hot tub, a water wheelchair, ramp access into the social pool, and a change room with a handheld shower head.
Good to know
Regular drop-in admission for the indoor facilities is a separate table from the waterpark one. The Township’s admission fees page has it. There are height and weight rules for some of the slides, and the Township keeps those on their own page.
Aldergrove also has a library branch; see our libraries page. For other Township pools, look at Walnut Grove and W.C. Blair. What is coming up around town is on our events page.
