Walk into Aura Natural Market for groceries and there’s a florist in there too. Oxygen Florist works from a counter inside the Yorkson store at 204 Street and 80 Avenue, with a wall of potted plants behind it, and sells most of what it makes through its own website for pickup at the counter or delivery around Langley. Its site calls it a family floral business in Langley; the BC registry shows the name registered in January 2024.

What they make

  • Bouquets and baskets in the $60 to $70 range: wrapped hand-tied bouquets, and arrangements built in wicker baskets or birch-bark pots. The autumn ones mix white roses with rust mums and dried grasses; the pale ones run to ivory roses, button mums, gerberas and eucalyptus.
  • Gift purses from $35: a small arrangement in a handled paper bag, the cheapest way to send something.
  • Roses by the dozen, around $70, with a boxed premium version at $120.
  • Plants: money trees, monsteras and white orchids at $50 to $60, sold as gifts or for your own windowsill. The plants page suggests asking them about light and watering before you choose, since they’ll know what each one needs.

How ordering works

Everything runs through the website. Pick an arrangement (there’s an occasions index if you’d rather browse by birthday, sympathy or new baby), add a card message and the recipient’s details, then choose a pickup or delivery date and time window. They ask for five working hours to prepare an order, and overnight hours don’t count, so a same-day bouquet means ordering first thing. For anything faster, email before you order rather than hoping.

Delivery fees go by road distance from the shop, not a straight line, so punch the recipient’s postal code into the cart to see the quote before you pay. Within a kilometre it’s free; under 3 km is $5, under 5 km is $10, under 10 km is $20, and past that online delivery isn’t offered. Windows run between 10 am and 8 pm. One attempt is included: if nobody’s home, they’ll leave the flowers somewhere safe and photograph them, or hold them at the counter.

Pickup tips

The counter is inside Aura Natural Market, so pickup happens during the market’s hours (8 to 8 on weekdays, 9:30 to 7 on weekends). Grab a smoothie at Aura’s counter while you’re in there. No phone number is published; questions go by email or the contact form.
