On a Saturday, the shopping around Willowbrook is as busy as anywhere in Langley, and that’s the point of living near it: groceries, a pharmacy, a hardware store and a clinic are all a few minutes away. What you won’t find is a main street. This is shopping-centre country, spread along Willowbrook Drive, Fraser Highway and 64 and 66 Avenue, so how walkable it is depends on which cluster sits beside your home.

Two clusters work for different homes. If you live around the mall or in Langley Meadows, the Willowbrook Drive cluster is closest. East of 200 Street, the 64 and 66 Avenue stores and the library are the neighbours. Test the real walking route first: a store can be 400 m away on a map and still mean an arterial crossing and a long walk across a parking lot.

Farmers’ markets
We couldn’t confirm a regular farmers’ market or farm stand inside the Willowbrook area, and we won’t pretend one is on your doorstep. The Langley Community Farmers Market ran on Wednesday evenings at Douglas Park in the City from 4 June to 27 August in 2026, and the 2027 dates weren’t out when we checked. Library, post and other errands
- Libraries: Muriel Arnason Library at 130-20338 65 Avenue is the local Fraser Valley Regional Library branch for the 64 to 68 Avenue side. For the southern City pockets, the library at the Timms complex (20399 Douglas Crescent) is closer. See Langley libraries.
- Post: a Canada Post counter is listed at London Drugs, 1B-20202 66 Avenue. Counter hours may differ from the store.
- ICBC driver licensing: Unit J7, 19950 Willowbrook Drive, in the corner plaza rather than inside the mall.

- Recycling and donations: Willowbrook Recycling (Return-It) is at 19641 60 Avenue, and the Salvation Army donor welcome centre is at Unit 301, 19700 Langley Bypass. Hours are on their official pages.
What you’ll drive elsewhere for
