For everyday errands, Willoughby has one proper centre and a few outposts. If you live at or near Willoughby Town Centre, you can do groceries, the pharmacy and a coffee without the car. From most other parts of Willoughby, you’ll drive, and the big-box stores sit at the southern edge.

Willoughby Town Centre is at 208 Street and 80 Avenue, on Willoughby Town Centre Drive. The centre’s current directory lists:

Opening hours change, so check each business before you go. Apartments and mixed-use buildings sit around it, and Willoughby Elementary is on 80 Avenue nearby. The centre also holds annual community events, including Willoughby Dayz, usually in early autumn; check the Town Centre’s own events page for dates.

Doctors, urgent care and pharmacies
- Urgent care: the Langley Urgent and Primary Care Centre is at #202-20434 64 Avenue, phone 604-514-7477. Published hours were 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week, as of October 2026. Call or register first; clinical need decides who is seen when.
- Family clinic: Willoughby Medical Centre, B1A-20202 66 Avenue, 604-514-8800, is in the Walmart and London Drugs complex. Check its current same-day and appointment process, and ask whether it’s taking new patients. We couldn’t confirm that it is.
- Pharmacy and dental: Shoppers Drug Mart and dental offices are listed at Town Centre.
- Hospital: Langley Memorial Hospital, 22051 Fraser Highway, is in the Murrayville area and runs 24-hour emergency services (604-514-6000). It is outside Willoughby.

Library and post office
The Muriel Arnason Library is at #130-20338 65 Avenue (604-532-3590), in the southern civic area with the Township’s Civic Facility. Its calendar has Babytime, conversation circles, knitting and tween and teen programs; use the branch page for live hours. The planned Willoughby Community Centre would include its own library, but it is still a plan. See Langley libraries.

Community halls, groups and congregations
Willoughby Community Hall, 20809 83 Avenue, is run by a volunteer organization and takes bookings through its website. Its history page dates the present hall building to 1937, with a move and renovation in 2013. Langley Meadows Community Association is a non-profit that operates from Langley Meadows Community School at 2244 Willoughby Way.
